Haiti In Transition

After the devastating earthquake in Haiti on January 12th 2010, we have created the HIT (Haiti in Transition) program in order to assist the Haitian population in this transition period. For this, we will be joining forces with CMMB (Catholic Medical Mission Board) to focus on providing relief to the Haitian people. 

1/29/2010 - New Racing Event:

• A race  being organized for March 20^th in Orlando, Florida. Raised proceeds will benefit the HIT program.

The Essence of running

Running is a road to self-awareness and self-reliance; 
you can push yourself to extremes and learn the harsh reality of 
your physical and mental limitations or coast quietly down a  
solitary path watching the earth spin beneath your feet, but when 
you are through, exhilarated and exhausted, at least for a moment  
everything seems right with the world.
